Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the sliced beef sirloin.
Stir-fry the beef for about 5-7 minutes until it's browned and cooked to your liking.
Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the wok, stirring continuously for another 5 minutes.
Incorporate the broccoli florets into the mixture and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper, mixing well to coat all ingredients evenly.
Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
