Instructions
Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
Slice the cucumbers in half lengthwise, then into thin half-moons.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges or chunks depending on your preference.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.
