Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
In a blender, combine 2 ripe bananas, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth.
In a bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped walnuts, and cinnamon together.
Pour the banana mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir well until combined.
Slice the last banana and place the slices on top of the mixture in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving the oatmeal bake warm.
