  • 4 Chicken Thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

I haven’t tried it yet, but just reading the recipe, I know it’s going to be delicious. Anything with garlic and butter has my vote!

This tasted like something from a high-end restaurant. Super easy to make and absolutely delicious.

The flavors were great, but I think I’ll use a little less butter next time. Still, the chicken was tender and packed with flavor!
