Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh Thyme (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon fresh Rosemary (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 Lemon (halved)
Instructions
- Preheat the skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes until the skin is crisp.
- Flip the chicken thighs and add the remaining butter, minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the skillet.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the chicken and continue to cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
